Dehradun: Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has strengthened its foothold in Uttarakhand with the inauguration of Taj Mussoorie Foothills, a premium hospitality destination in Dehradun. The strategic expansion capitalizes on the region’s growing tourism potential and improved connectivity via the new Delhi-Dehradun Expressway.

The luxury property features 115 keys, including 16 meticulously designed suites, positioned against the majestic Himalayan foothills. This new establishment reinforces IHCL’s commitment to developing the region’s hospitality sector.

IHCL Managing Director and CEO Puneet Chhatwal emphasized the strategic importance of the location, stating, “IHCL will have a multi-brand presence in the city, and with the recently opened Delhi-Dehradun Expressway enhancing connectivity, it has evolved to be a commercially prominent city in the region.”
