Salary
GDSs are compensated through Time Related Continuity Allowance (TRCA) with a 3% annual increment, subject to meeting GDS Rules conditions. Their benefits include GDS Gratuity and Service Discharge Benefit Scheme, similar to the National Pension System for regular employees.
