The much-awaited sequel starring Allu Arjun has already sold nearly 12 lakh tickets, proving that Pushpa Raj’s “wildfire” dialogue was not just filmy talk. The film has collected a whopping Rs 36.77 crore in advance bookings as of Tuesday morning. Here’s how the tickets are selling across languages:
- Telugu version: Rs 18.01 crore (5.10 lakh tickets)
- Hindi version: Rs 12.30 crore (4.28 lakh tickets)
- Malayalam version: Rs 1.04 crore
- Tamil version: Rs 86.61 lakh
- Kannada version: Rs 3.98 lakh
The big news is that Pushpa 2 has become the fastest film to sell 1 million tickets on BookMyShow, beating popular films like Kalki 2898 AD, Baahubali 2, and KGF: Chapter 2. Cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune are showing maximum excitement for the film.
