The Indian cricket team, led by Rohit Sharma, is looking to continue their winning streak after a 3-0 victory over Sri Lanka. They will be facing the number one ranked ODI team, New Zealand, on their home turf. New Zealand recently defeated Pakistan 2-1 in an ODI series, so it’s expected to be a fierce competition.

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are included in the ODI squad, but not the T20I team. KL Rahul is not part of either team as he’s currently on leave. KS Bharat has been added to the ODI squad and Prithvi Shaw has returned to the T20I team for the first time since July 2021. This series will be India’s second white-ball encounter against New Zealand in less than two months, as they had already played three T20Is and three ODIs in New Zealand in November 2022 after the T20 World Cup in Australia.
