This issue, which was detected by Downdetector, began after 11 am and has been reported by over 3,700 users. Affected users have turned to X (formerly known as Twitter) to voice their concerns. According to Down detector, a platform that monitors service outages, over 70% of Snapchat users encountered problems with the app on their mobile devices.
Snap is also considering staff reductions
